The dietitian will meet with these clients individually to assist with their nutrition needs. Other clients who have questions/ concerns about nutrition are encouraged to sign up for an appointment as well.

Nutrition Workshops are available to clients while they are in treatment. In the first session, clients explore how nutrition and healthy eating habits can support their recovery. A second session examines practical skills for nutrition post-treatment including menu planning and shopping strategies. Encouraging clients to make healthy choices for themselves and their families with nutrition is a key component of the wellness approach to treatment embraced at MRTC.
